Refund policy

ONLINE PURCHASES 

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 7 days from the shipping date of your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not notified us about your intention to return the items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that discounted items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where there is an error on our part. This includes:

Receiving an incorrect item.

Receiving a defective or damaged product.

In such cases, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will gladly assist in resolving the issue. To report any discrepancies, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You must notify us about your return and receive further instructions, please, email us at bali_office@laboutik.com. Upon doing so, you will be responded to within 2 working days.

 

IN STORE PURCHASES

You may return or exchange your full priced items within 7 days. Please note, the items where discounts or promotions have been applied cannot be refunded. You can exchange promotional items within 7 days of purchase or return them for a store credit. Please keep your receipt for refunds.

Items returned by someone other than the buyer will not be accepted. We only accept returns from the person who bought the items.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. After you select "Place Order", we are unable to cancel your order. If you change your mind after you have placed your order, you may return any goods to us for a refund. We will refund the price paid for the goods, to the original payment method used.

 

GIFT CARDS

Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Gift Card. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and can be used at all times. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging. Gift cards and some personal care items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. In addition, personalised and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged.

Non-returnable/refundable items:

  • Items on final sale
  • Items that have been worn, styled, or used in any photoshoots or productions—even if tags are intact. Any signs of use, wear, or exposure to photography lighting/staging will void eligibility for return
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Not purchased for commercial or styling use
  • Altered, made-to-measure or personalised items
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Face coverings or masks
  • Hair accessories
  • Underwear, nightwear, swimwear, hosiery unless the protective adhesive strip is still in place and the item is in a saleable condition 
  • Pierced earrings
  • Perfume and fragrance
  • E-vouchers and gift cards

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bali_office@laboutik.com.
