Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All purchases are shipped via JNE couriers for orders within Indonesia, and Fedex for international orders. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. LABOUTIK Ltd cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays and damaged packages. 

TRACKING

A shipping confirmation with the tracking information is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a LABOUTIK sales assistant will be pleased to assist you via email.
