SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic orders (within Indonesia) ship via JNE or DHL Domestic. International orders ship via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing, plus the transit time for your selected shipping method. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

LABOUTIK Bali is not liable for unforeseen delays or damage occurring in transit.

TRACKING

A shipping confirmation with the tracking information is e-mailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a LABOUTIK sales assistant will be pleased to assist you via email.
